West and Central Africa’s leading carrier, Air Peace, has once again been honoured for its remarkable contributions to Nigeria’s aviation industry.

The airline secured the prestigious Achievement Award in the Corporate Category during the 2024 Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) Awards and Annual Dinner, held on Saturday, May 4, at the Monarch Event Center in Lagos.

This accolade underscores Air Peace’s exceptional accomplishments within its sector, particularly its recent groundbreaking entry into the London market, alongside its ongoing industry-leading initiatives.

Accepting the award on behalf of Air Peace, Captain Godfrey Ogbogu, the airline’s Safety Manager, expressed gratitude to ICAN’s leadership for the recognition. 

He commended the institute’s unwavering commitment to maintaining high standards of professionalism within the accounting field.

Captain Ogbogu further affirmed Air Peace’s dedication to expanding its network both domestically and internationally. 

He emphasised the airline’s mission to alleviate the challenges of air travel for Nigerians while contributing to economic growth across various cities, nations, and continents.
